  • Did you know that the 'Enterprise Day' event begins in the classroom with an idea? Our year 10 business/economics students work hard at coming up with an idea they think you will like. They do A LOT of research and background work on different products, costs, suppliers and put it all together as a presentation. They stand in front of the class and present to our selected 6th formers who help to pick the best ideas to have on the day. These amazing ideas will be brought to life soon.....watch this space! #business #enterprise #GCSE

  • A massive thank you to the Humanities team for finishing off our week of before school revision sessions by delivering such wonderful year 11 sessions in History, Geography and RE this morning. We are so proud of our year 11s for their commitment to their revision and how hard they are working. We are also so lucky to have such amazing teachers who go above and beyond everyday for our students, so they can be as successful as possible in their mocks and real exams. Well done everyone for such a successful week of revision. The year 11 team are all so proud of you. #proud #GCSE #revision

  • We are so proud of our year 11's and everything they are achieving. Each week teachers nominate students who have gone above and beyond. We celebrate this both in assemblies and postcards going home to parents. This is a selection of this week's nominees. Well done to all those nominated. #achievment #school #GCSE

  • The Year 11 Food Tech class had an amazing trip to West Herts College to really up their culinary game. They worked hard and created some fantastic dishes: grilled mackerel with salsa, cream cheese and spinach stuffed chicken with pilau rice and mushroom sauce, and a gorgeous peach pastry dessert with a side of soft cream. The results were seriously impressive! The students really showed their skills, and it was clear how much effort they put in. The chef and the students were all so pleased with how everything turned outeveryone was proud of the final dishes. It was a brilliant day of cooking, teamwork, and fun. The results showed what a fabulous trip they had. We definitely see some future chefs in the making! #GCSE #chef #trip #future #culinary

Let's keep it up to ensure that our mocks and real exams are as successful. Well done year 11 and thank you Ms Rafter #science #assessment

  • A huge well done to year 11 - we had 76 students in before school revision in English and maths. This is incredible and shows the hard work and dedication that both the year 11s and our staff are putting in, in preparation for the exams, both the tier exams and the summer ones. Keep up the great work everyone. #english #gcse #revision #school

  • Following on from our very successful Year 11 workshop with Elevate Education. Over the next term, they are inviting you to join their parent webinar series, where you can help support your child at home by reinforcing the skills they're learning at school! We know that as parents, it can be really hard to know how best to support your child with revision, and these webinars are designed to help enforce effective revision techniques and working methods at home. https://go.elevateeducation.com/ukschoolwebinar #school #revision
